Alexandra Lee Meany
Alexandra Lee Meany is an Assistant Professor of U.S. Multi-Ethnic Literature in the Department of English at Louisiana State University. She received her PhD in English from the University of Washington in June 2024.
Her primary fields are 20th and 21st Century Multi-Ethnic U.S. literature, American Ethnic Studies, Indigenous Studies, Urban Humanities, and Critical Geography.
Her research interests include processes of racialization, dispossession, housing justice, social movements, studies of space and place, women of color feminisms, and critiques of colonial racial capitalism.
